How to Push The Upper Limits
1. If you feel out of sorts and in a bad mood, visualize that you are in a hot air balloon carrying you away to build your money making idea
2. Say this phrase I am love and intent. Remember a time when you were peaceful and calm. Plug in an Esther Hicks DVD and listen to what she has to say. 4. Get some body work. If you can not afford a full message, volunteer to be the guinea pig for the next Hellerwork, Rolfing, Bowen Therapy work shop. These people are always looking for bodies to do work on. You can get many hours of free body work by volunteering at a weekend workshop.
